Takes quit a bit is deployment setup but works great once deployed propetly. I also have used NoMachine before, this is good for deployed support, not ad hoc support.
If you want free, basic, remote control try Chrome Remote Desktop. That being said, the only other comparison is LogMeIn and you can see in the following link that their licensing is not as nice a deal as TeamViewers. I have not worked with a solution yet that compares in ease of deployment, use, reliability, and number of useful features. The URL also features our company logo so that I and they both know they landed on the right site. Deployment is also much easier with TeamViewer, they gave me a private URL that I send my end users to download a run once version of the program. Compared to monthly and yearly fees this is much cheaper in the long run. I hope you realize that the 3 different tiers of prices you see for TeamViewer are one-time, lifetime license fees.
